Investments into India

One of the significant areas of our practice relates to advice and assistance to foreign enterprises and individuals, non resident Indians and other foreign entities doing or intending to do business in India.

We offer comprehensive services relating to foreign investments in India which includes advisory services on entry strategies, foreign exchange matters, foreign investment policies, assistance in investment approvals, tax and commercial implications of joint venture and technology transfer agreements.

We also provide assistance in company incorporations, drafting Memorandum and Articles of Association, joint venture agreements with local partners and provision of nominee directors to represent foreign investors.

We use our extensive international connections to advice Indian companies planning to do business outside India. We provide advisory services relating to overseas investment by Indian companies including structuring, international tax issues and assistance with setting up international entities.
